A Clinton printing company has increased its footprint in a recently vacated industrial space in Bloomfield, brokers say.
Iconotech, which provides printing systems for high-resolution bar codes, graphics and text on boxes and bags, recently leased and relocated to 18,720 square feet of a larger 57,000-square-foot building at 460 Woodland Ave., owned by FJS Properties LLC.Â
O,R&L Commercial LLC said it represented Iconotech in the deal, and FJS Properties represented itself.
The one-story space was recently vacated by Red Bull Distribution Co., which relocated to a larger facility in Wallingford.
The Bloomfield industrial building, built in 2006, is divided into several spaces for lease.
Founded in 1992, Iconotech previously used its Clinton headquarters at 2 Heritage Park Road for ink manufacturing, film supply, order processing, thermal printer repair, customer service and other general business. The company also operates a location in Wheeling, Ill., dedicated for sales, software training and support, product demos, and engineering and product development, among other functions.
