🔒Clinton marina property sells for $3.5M

Portland-based boat shop and marina Petzold’s recently paid $3.5 million to acquire a Clinton marina property at the mouth of the Hammonasset River. In a deed recorded Aug. 13, a limited liability company affiliated with Petzold’s acquired the 2.1-acre property hosting Port Clinton Marina. The sellers, Roisin M. and Michale J. Mackey, of Old Lyme, have owned and operated the marina since 2001, having acquired it for $900,000. The property, at 33 Indian Drive, comes with a 75-year-old, 838-square-foot commercial building and an extensive network of floating docks with 140 slips.
