Christina Clifton has joined Foxwoods Resort Casino as vice president of food and beverage. Her responsibilities include developing new food and beverage concepts, selecting food and beverage products and developing new menus.
Clifton has an significant experience with wine, mixology and the culinary arts. Most recently, she was the founder and CEO of FishFork LLC, where she oversaw the development of all projects and openings for Sugar Factory American Brasserie. Prior to developing her own business, she held F&B leadership roles at major Las Vegas resorts and at three Four Seasons Hotels.
