Clean Diesel Technologies Inc. in Bridgeport has temporarily named John Wynne as vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer.
Wynne, 48, succeeds Ann B. Ruple, who left on April 19, the company said.
A certified public account, Wynne is a partner of Tatum LLC, an executive services firm, since 2005.
While at Tatum, he has served as chief financial officer of Arbinet Corp, a telecommunications company, from 2006 to 2009 and as nterim CFO of North American Airlines Inc. from 2005 to 2006.
Before Tatum, Wynne was CFO with the Promptcare Companies, Inc., a health services company; Allied International Healthcare, Inc.; and Wassall USA, Inc., a conglomerate.
Clean Diesel’s technology is designed to scrub soot and noxious emissions from diesel exhaust in vehicles, ships and off-road equipment.
