Shelton financial service company Clayton Holdings has promoted Joe D’Urso, president of its Green River Capital subsidiary, to chief operating officer of the company.
D’Urso will oversee all of Clayton’s domestic business units in his new role and will report to CEO Paul Bossidy.
Lorenz Schwarz, COO of Green River, will replace D’Urso has president of that unit.
