Crystal Clark has joined St. Francis Care as director of the Connecticut Institute for Primary Care Innovation. Previously, Clark served as director of electronic medical record benefit realization at Bon Secours Health System, Inc. in Mariottsville, Md. She earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, completed a residency in internal medicine at Washington Hospital Center, and received her master’s degree in public health from Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health. Clark is also a fellow of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
