Citizens Bank Foundation grants $20K to HEDCO

The Citizens Bank Foundation recently granted $20,000 to Hartford micro lender HEDCO for technology upgrades to its Business Resource Center. The new technology will enhance service efficiency and assist minority business enterprises seeking contracts in the construction field to help them qualify for the state and private sector-funded surety bond funding.
