Among the familiar faces is William Atwell, who remains president of Cigna International, leading its Asia and Europe operations; Annmarie Hagan, a 20-year veteran who stays executive vice president and chief financial officer; Dr. Jeffrey L. Kang, the chief medical officer; and John M. Murabito, who remains executive vice president for human resources.
Also, Michael Woller stays as executive vice president and chief information officer, and Carol Ann Petren remains executive vice president of legal and public affairs and general counsel.
A new face is Matthew Manders, a 22-year veteran promoted to the newly-created post of president of Cigna U.S. Service, Clinical and Specialty.
Meanwhile, Cigna said it is searching for someone to fill a new seat overseeing its U.S. products, marketing, national accounts, among other things.
