Bloomfield health insurer Cigna said it has completed its acquisition of a provider-owned insurance plan in New Jersey.
Cigna first announced its intent to acquire QualCare Alliance Networks in January. Financial terms were not disclosed.
QualCare offers several health plans within a network of more than 100 hospitals and 31,000 doctors in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
