Elzbieta Cieslik joined Webster Financial Corp. and Webster Bank as the new general auditor. She will be based in Waterbury.
Cieslik brings more than 25 years of experience to her new role. Prior to joining Webster Bank, Cieslik served as the global director and general auditor of GFI Group Inc. She also has been the senior audit manager at JPMorgan Chase.
Webster employes 3,000 and provides personal, small business, and commercial banking services.
