Connecticut Innovations has promoted Suzanne Kaswan to vice president of human resources.
Kaswan was previously HR director at CI, which she joined in 2007.
The new title comes with the added responsibility of also leading HR activities for the Clean Energy Finance and Investment Authority, which together with CI over the past several years has nearly tripled in employee count.
Prior the working at CI, Kaswan was an HR consultant at the state’s Department of Administrative Services.
