Connecticut Innovations has named Pauline Murphy to chief operating officer of the quasi-public venture capital firm.
Murphy was previously senior managing director. Her new role adds budget and planning responsibilities to her list of duties, as well as oversight of IT, human resources, and other tasks. She will also be a member of CI’s operations executive committee.
Murphy, who is a CPA, first joined CI in 2002. She is on the boards of deets inc., Environmental Energy Services Inc., eTouches, Sustainable Real Estate Solutions Inc., and XLerant.
