CI appoints investment associate

Rocky Hill-based Connecticut Innovations, the state’s technology and innovation authority, has appointed Daniel W. Wagner as investment associate. Wagner has accrued more than 10 years of biotech experience in the state, most recently at CuraGen Corp. in Branford where he worked on scientific instrumentation, genomics, proteomics and drug development. Wagner holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Dayton and an MBA and a master’s degree in health sciences from Quinnipiac University.
