A pharmacy property on Main Street in Cheshire recently sold for $1.78 million.
Cheshire-based Barbato Realty LLC sold the property hosting a Rite Aid at 922 South Main St. to Cheshire-based Dwarkadhish LLC – with principals Jagdish, Ravi and Sagar Parmar – in a deal recorded Nov. 22.
The principals of the seller are Joseph and James Nicholas Barbato.Â
The half-acre property hosts a 10,880-square-foot building built in 2002, with numerous parking spaces along a main artery of Cheshire.

The property has a total appraised value of $4.1 million.
