A Cheshire mixed-use building has sold for $370,000.
The 3,088-square-foot office building at 275 Maple Ave. sold this month.
The buyer was Scott Tansley, who purchased the property as an investment for office and residential uses, according to deal broker Toby Brimberg of O,R&L Commercial in Branford.
Brimberg represented the seller Donato Maisano.

The building was originally built in 1860 and sits on 1.33 acres.
