Psychiatrist Dr. David Chen has been added to the rehabilitation staff of Gaylord Specialty Healthcare, a Wallingford long-term healthcare facility.
Chen comes to Gaylord from Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital in Bedford, Mass., where he provided physical medicine, rehabilitation clinical care and served as the chief health informatics officer.
