Luann Vinson recently joined Chelsea Groton Bank as a retail loan originator, based at the new loan production office in Glastonbury.
Most recently, Vinson was a mortgage loan originator at Simsbury Bank and Trust Co., where she advised and originated mortgages, with a focus on the first-time homebuyer community.
