Cheft Jones moves to Cooper Beech Inn

Chef Noel Jones has joined The Copper Beech Inn in Essex as executive chef and its director of food and beverage. He most recently was with On20 Polytechnic in Hartford.

During his eight year tenure at On20, Chef Jones achieved the highest overall Zagat Rating in Connecticut.  In 2011, The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences awarded Chef Jones with a Five Star Diamond Award for overall excellence.
