Charter Oak Federal Credit Union has promoted three longtime employees to the rank of assistant vice president.
Waltnita Brown, who joined the credit union in 1985, will be assistant vice president of electronic banking.
Victoria Damaschi, who joined in 1986, will be assistant vice president of programming.
And Ann Stavrou, who also joined in 1986, will be assistant vice president of risk management.
All three are based at the institution’s headquarters in Groton.
