Charter Oak Federal Credit Union in Groton has promoted four employees.
Patricia Michaud has been named vice president of the accounting department. She began her career with Charter Oak in 1986. Michaud, a resident of Westerly, R.I., was named manager in 2002 and assistant vice president in 2005.
Deborah Snajczuk has been named vice president of the mortgaging department. She started with Charter Oak in 2001 and was named manager of the Norwich office in 2003. An East Haddam resident, Snajczuk promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2005 and transferred into the Mortgage Department in 2010.
Tammi Darby has been named assistant vice president in the training department. In her career at Charter Oak, she has managed the bank’s Norwich and Dayville branches. Ledyard resident Darby was named manager of the training department in 2007.
Kimberley Bryant has been named manager of the human resources department. Bryant started with Charter Oak in 2002 and became a training specialist in 2005. She was promoted to benefits administrator in 2007. She is a Lisbon resident.
