New Britain’s Charter Oak State College is adding cybersecurity courses to its workforce education program, it announced.
The school will market the 15-week, non-credit courses to area insurance, finance and health care companies with large IT groups who may need to add to or brush up on their security skills.
The courses will include such topics as securing web applications and protecting networks with firewalls and VPNs.
