Charles M. Moran, a former senior operations executive at Conifer Realty and nonprofit The Community Builders, has joined rental-housing overseer Vesta Management in Simsbury.
Moran oversees 24 rental properties totaling 4,200 units in Connecticut, Ohio, New Jersey, Indiana, and the District of Columbia, the company said Tuesday.
They generate about $43 million annually and employ 175, approximately 145 of them reporting to Moran, the company said.
Vesta Management is a subsidiary of Vestacorp.
