Changing Hands

The United Way of the Capital Area held its 82nd annual meeting at The Hartford Financial Services Group with record-breaking attendance. Guests celebrated the organization’s accomplishments and welcomed Raymond P. Necci as the incoming chair of the UWCA board of directors president.
