Northeast Surety LLC in Farmington and the J. Biron Agency of Newington have merged.
The two agencies will continue to operate under their respective names. Financial terms weren’t disclosed Monday.
Kenneth J. Coco founded Northeast Surety in Farmington in 1997, while Jane Biron founded the J. Biron Agency in Newington, Conn., in 1986.
Both specialized in all forms of contract surety, commercial surety and fidelity bonds.

The two agencies will share office space in the Forest Park office complex on Route 4 in Farmington.
