Foxwoods Resort Casino has partnered with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay to open a restaurant on its property this summer.
The Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN restaurant will feature design elements from his eponymous television show, which recently completed its 21st season. The menu includes signature dishes from the show, including beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding.
It will be the restaurant’s sixth location in the country and its first in New England.
The restaurant’s expansion follows a deal Ramsay inked in 2019 with private equity firm Lion Capital, which operates 21 restaurants across Las Vegas, New York City, Washington D.C., Boston, Chicago, Indiana, Orlando, North Carolina, Atlantic City, Baltimore, Lake Tahoe, Southern California and Kansas City, several of which are in partnership with Caesars Entertainment.
The announcement was made Friday during Foxwoods’ 31st anniversary cake-cutting ceremony, which celebrated additions coming to the resort-casino in 2023.
The restaurant will be in the Grand Pequot Concourse of Foxwoods and will have seating for nearly 260, along with a chef’s counter and 40-seat private dining room.
“As the leading, resort-casino destination in the Northeast, we are always looking for new and unique ways to elevate our guests’ experience,” said Jason Guyot, president and CEO of Foxwoods. “The addition of Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN and partnership with one of the world’s most renowned chefs further solidifies our portfolio of world-class dining at our property.”
Foxwoods has more than 30 restaurants on its Mashantucket property.
