The Connecticut Clean Energy Finance & Investment Authority is looking for bidders to participant in its three-year, $6 million pilot program for combined heat and power facilities.
The purpose of the new request is to solicit project applications from those working with experienced developers, CEFIA said.
The Rocky Hill-based agency’s Combined Heat and Power Pilot Program has $5 million left in funding remaining.CEFIA has modified their original program request to provide greater flexibility for project developers to be able to more conveniently submit their projects.
This solicitation is designed to offer grants, performance-based incentives, and other financial support options for the installation of co-generation facilities. The agency also will offer varied financial support for energy generating projects in the developmental stages of the program.
