Jordan Caterers has hired Jeffrey Crawford as its new executive chef.
Crawford comes from New York City and has been head chef at Great Performances Caterers Inc. and Paris-based Tentation, Potel & Chabot. Most rencently, he worked for the International Culinary Center as executive chef for special events.
Crawford has managed food for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Ball as well as for 1,000 guests at the World Economic Forum.
He recently relocated to Litchfield, where was head chef and partner at Litchfield Market, an all-natural gourmet market and full-service restaurant.
