Milford’s Carrubba Inc., which manufactures environmentally-conscious extracts, deodorant and other products, has purchased seven acres in Monroe for a new headquarters and manufacturing facility.
The company plans to build a 48,338-square-foot facility on the land, located at 500 Pepper St, for which it paid $525,000, according to Fairfield-based Angel Commercial, which represented Carrubba in the deal.
Carrubba makes U.S. Department of Agriculture–certified organic botanical extracts, natural and synthetic fragrances and flavors, and Deoplex organic deodorant.
The company was represented in the sale by Fairfield-based Angel Commercial.
Coldwell Banker represented the seller, Alcar Development LLC.
