Carrier Corp. in Farmington said Thursday it sold its Sutrak bus air conditioning business to a German vehicle exhaust and heater systems supplier, The Associated Press reports.
Terms between Carrier and J. Eberspacher Gmbh & Co. KG were not disclosed Thursday.
The deal included Sutrak’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Carrier also plans to sell its bus air conditioning distribution operations in India and Mexico to Eberspacher.
The sold Sutrak operations had about $90 million in sales and more than 200 employees, Carrier said.
