Caron elected second vice president of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners

Michael A. Caron has been elected second vice president of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners, a nonprofit organization dedicated to representing the state public utility commissions.

Caron is commissioner of Connecticut’s Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, which oversees the state’s investor-owned electricity, natural gas, water and telecommunication companies.
