Hartford home-care benefits manager CareCentrix has appointed James T. Jelly and David B. Snow to its board of directors.
Kelly formerly served as chairman and CEO of Florida-based Lincare Holdings and Snow formerly served as chairman and CEO of Medco Health Solutions, which was acquired by Express Scripts last year.
