Care Center Receives Donation

Southington Care Center received an additional $5,000 for the Catherine D’Angelo Nursing Education Fund. In a ceremony honoring the achievements of employees enrolled in various career ladder programs, Dr. Lawrence D’Angelo presented a check to Southington Care Center. The D’Angelo Fund supports the continuing education of nursing professionals. The fund was created in memory of Catherine D’Angelo, a nurse and proponent of higher education.
