Carbray Properties has purchased a 15,000-square-foot office building in Avon, in a deal valued at $1.075 million.
Ward Properties of Avon sold the multi-tenant building, located at 60 Avon Meadow Lane, which is fully leased to six companies and will be home to Carbray Staunton Financial Partners, LLC, the buyer’s operating business.
Jim Stanulis of Colliers Dow & Condon represented the seller, while Michael Gallon of Reno Properties Group represented the buyer.
According to Stanulis and Gallon, the investment sale was facilitated through a uniquely structured purchase money mortgage, crafted by the sellers counsel, MacDermid, Reynolds & Glissman, P.C. in cooperation with the buyers counsel, O’Connell, Flaherty & Attmore, L.L.C.
