Hartford’s Capitol Workforce Partners, a workforce investment board for North Central Connecticut, has promoted two employees to executive vice president positions.
Alex Johnson has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer. Johnson is responsible for the oversight and direction of Capital Workforce Partners staff and all of its programs, services, and support to the Board of Directors and its committees. Previously, Johnson served as executive director of the Northeast Connecticut Region Workforce Investment Board and the director of Vocational Education and Job Training at EASTCONN.
Danielle Bradley has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer. Bradley oversees the fiscal and operational functions of the organization and directs the human resources, information technology and facilities departments. She advises the executive staff and support program, as well as the strategic planning and resource development staff. Prior to her current position, Bradley led operations at the Wallingford Family YMCA.
