Capital Workforce Partners in Hartford graduated 11 workers last week from a special program designed to educate them in welding through environmentally friendly methods.
The 11 graduates were Aaron Bethea, Keith Braswell, Ruben Crespo, Michael Dinocenza, Leonard Fayer, Darek Fraczek, Safire Fuentes, Kenneth Rodriguez, Joseph Skrabut, Roger Springer and Christopher Zajdel.
The training was completed with the help of Connecticut Green Jobs Partnership, Jobs Funnel and Ironworkers Local 15. The program was funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
