The developer of the former Capewell Horse Nail factory in Hartford has earned LEED Gold status for its $27 million south end apartment project.
Capewell Lofts was awarded the status by the U.S. Green Building Council this month.
The developer, CIL, completed the nearly 80-unit  project late last year.
