Cantor Colburn names six new partners and two new counsel

Hartford law firm Cantor Colburn named six new partners and two new counsel for 2021.

New partners include Tina Dorr, Ali Hayter, Jared Howenstine, Karen LeCuyer, Duane Minley and Roberta Pelletier. New counsel includes Alison Caless and Michael Powell.

  • Caless assists clients with trademark clearance, prosecution, monitoring and enforcement.
  • Dorr represents clients in a large range of technology areas, including chemical, material, life science, mechanical, and semiconductor technologies.
  • Hayter has experience in advising clients on patent law and portfolio management.
  • Howenstine concentrates his practice in intellectual property/information technology. 
  • LeCuyer is vice chair of the firm’s pharmaceutical patent practice group.
  • Minley drafts and prosecutes patents for electrical and mechanical inventions.
