A Montreal-based software design-test company said it has opened its first U.S. office in East Hartford.
CS Information Systems Canada said the office — located at the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology on Pitkin Street — will employ as many as 25 employees by next year.
The company serves the aerospace industry, and said it already has customers in the area.
Jerôme Casteret will manage the office.
