Looking to Scale Your Business?
Are you a small business owner who’s been in the game for a few years and is itching to take that next big leap? Whether it’s expanding your footprint, optimizing operations, boosting profitability, or building a powerhouse team, it’s a real challenge to step away from the day-to-day, take the time to zoom out, and reset strategies to reach new goals.
“At Chelsea Groton, we regularly meet with business owners and hear about their challenges and goals,” shared Alexis Kahn, FVP, Cash Management Sales Manager at Chelsea Groton Bank. “We’re always looking for ways to provide support and resources for our business community that go well-beyond finances, including guidance on business strategy, networking, and security, in addition to efficient solutions for cash flow management.”
Most recently, Chelsea Groton heard the need for guidance for business owners seeking expansion. In response, the Bank developed “Scaling for Success: Small Business Series”. This free, dynamic five-week, ten-class program, designed to give business owners the knowledge, tools, and strategies to scale a business successfully, is led by industry experts and offered both at the Bank’s headquarters and remotely. Each week, two classes will be held back-to-back about a topic that is central to business growth and operations.
“While we highly recommend attending all sessions for the most comprehensive understanding, business owners are welcome to attend individual classes based on needs,” shared Miria Gray, Community Education Officer at Chelsea Groton Bank. “Choose the sessions that align with your current challenges or commit to the full program for the ultimate growth roadmap!”
