Burns & McDonnell, which provides engineering, architecture, construction, environmental and consulting services, has hired Joseph Grennan to serve as a project manager in its environmental studies and permitting group.
Grennan will be based in Wallingford, the company’s New England headquarters.
Grennan most recently worked for RES Americas Inc. as director of permitting with a focus on renewable energy projects.
