An affiliate of Building and Land Technology has put a shovel-ready, 4.08-acre Harbor Point development site in Stamford’s South End up for sale — a parcel zoned and approved for 540 apartments.
The property, at 711 Pacific St., is being marketed by New England Properties Real Estate LLC as an investment sale. The asking price was not disclosed.
Listing materials identify the site as “Harbor Point Block T2” and name the owner as Woodland Pacific LLC, an entity tied to BLT’s Harbor Point holdings.
The site is zoned and approved for 540 apartment units, according to marketing materials.
BLT owns and operates five luxury apartment complexes in Harbor Point —Allure, Anthem, Escape, NV and Opus.
New England Properties President Donald Corbo declined to provide any details on the property. BLT could not immediately be reached for comment.
