Budderfly inks U.S., Canada expansion deal

Shelton energy management firm Budderfly has reached a deal with Washington state green services provider Clean Technology Partners to sell the Connecticut company’s products throughout the U.S. and Canada.

The CTP deal provides Budderfly will its first national U.S. and Canadian market coverage and entry into the municipal and educational end user marketplace.

Budderfly provides products that helps small and large energy users reduce their electric and heating use by showing when appliances and machines are idle and could be powered down, as well as efficiencies in heating and ventilation systems.

Budderfly was founded in 2007.
