Law firm Brown Paindiris & Scott LLP recently announced several new hires and promotions.
Attorneys Bailey M. Frankel and Caitlin E. Zarella have been hired as associates. Frankel’s practice areas include civil litigation, transactional and business law. Zarella joined the firm’s family law department.
Cody Guarnieri has been elevated to capital partner and George Baker, previously of counsel, has been named a firm partner. Guarnieri’s practice areas include criminal defense, personal injury, general and business litigation, and defending professional and occupational licensing for individuals and businesses. Baker’s practice areas include estate planning, elder law, and probate and trust administration.
