A Brooklyn investor paid $10.2 million in March for a portfolio of 109 apartments in Hartford, contained in seven buildings on Gillett Street and Farmington Avenue.
The package of properties was sold through a single deed by five limited liability companies that share a single Brooklyn business address and all list Robert Wolf, of Brooklyn, as a principal, according to state business filings.
One of the selling limited liability companies additionally lists Avraham Walkin as a principal on its business filing.
The buyer is Hartford 70 LLC, which lists Israel Oshry, of Brooklyn, as principal in state records.
The deal was recorded by the city on March 16 and includes:
·     5-7 Gillette St. – a six-unit, brick building built in 1915.
·     9-17 Gillett St. – a vacant lot roughly one-third of an acre in size.
·     20-22 Gillett St. – a 12-unit, brick building built in 1924.
·     24-26 Gillett St. – a 12-unit, brick building built in 1924.
·     25-27 Gillett St. – a 20-unit building with a stucco exterior built in 1891.
·     286 Farmington Ave. – a 17-unit, brick building built in 1920.
·     320 Farmington Ave. – a 24-unit, brick building built in 1925.
·     334 Farmington Ave. – an 18-unit, brick building built in 1916.
