A one-story retail building on a busy road in Brookfield has sold for $2.46 million, according to the town’s land records.
Bodal LLC, controlled by Rinal Patel, of New Milford, bought the 12,150-square-foot property, at 20 Federal Road. An email sent to Patel seeking comment was not immediately returned.
The seller was 20 Federal Road Associates LLC, controlled by 20 Federal Road Associates LLP.
The building, which occupies 2.39 acres and was built in 1998, was appraised at $1.79 million and assessed at $1.25 million in 2024, property records show.
