Realty broker-manager Northeast Private Client Group, with Hartford operations, bought the assets of a local apartment manager and added one of that firm’s managers to its team.
Redbrick Partners sold management rights to 75 Hartford area apartment units for unspecified terms; Redbrick at one time managed more than 1,000 units in its portfolio or for others, NPCG said Monday.
Redbrick’s Michele Velez will stay on as regional property manager in Hartford.
Velez has considerable experience in the management and operation of multifamily properties throughout New England. She has worked for major apartment investors including Ceebraid-Signal of Stamford.
Separately, NPCG veteran Andre Bakaj was named sales and leasing manager in Hartford. Bakaj has more than a decade of real estate leasing and management expertise.
