Engineering firm GEI Consultants Inc. has hired Martin Brogie as a senior consultant in its Glastonbury office.
Brogie has 22 years of experience as a hazardous waste and natural resource consultant. He is a Connecticut licensed environmental professional and a soil scientist. Brogie specializes in municipal and private Brownfield development projects and wetland assessment, mitigation and permitting activities.
He is also an expert in state and federal Brownfield grant and loan program funding and implementation.
Brogie, who previously ran his own consultancy, recently completed a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency assessment program for the city of New London and was successful in obtaining three project clean-up grants for clients.
