Barnes Group Inc. closed its $372.4 million purchase of German mold-maker Männer, now a division within the Bristol aero-, industrial-parts maker.
Männer has manufacturing locations in Germany, Switzerland and Lawrenceville, Ga.
Barnes financed the sale with cash and credit, as well as $37.2 million in the form of Barnes common stock.
Barnes broached the deal Oct. 1.
