Dr. Sai Varanasi is the newest medical staff member at Bristol Hospital’s multi-specialty group.
Varanasi, who previously worked for Hudson Valley Medical Group in New York, will work in Bristol’s Beekley Center for Breast Health and Wellness, a 6,100-square-foot facility that’s slated to open this fall.
She completed her fellowship in surgical oncology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and her surgical residency at the State University of New York Health Science Center.
Varanasi’s specializes in high risk groups of breast diseases as well as genetic testing for breast disease. She also specializes in numerous surgical procedures including the nipple sparing mastectomy.
