The Bristol Development Authority (BDA) has added David Sgro to its staff as housing and project specialist to coordinate the city of Bristol’s Residential Housing Rehabilitation Program and other community projects.
Sgro replaces John Neveu, who transferred to the city’s Building Department. Sgro’s main duty is to implement the Residential Housing and Rehabilitation Program in accordance with federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations.
Sgro comes to BDA after six years at Waterbury-based L. Wagner & Associates as a housing rehabilitation project manager.
